Transportation requirements for valves

Valves are the equipment that we use to control the flow and pressure of liquid. They are very common in our life. When the customers have finished the purchase, we need to deliver the products to the door. At this time, we need to put forward some requirements for its transportation. Here we introduce the transportation requirements of the products.

1. The product certificate, product description and packing list are accompanied when leaving the factory.

2. Packaging and shipping:

Valves with nominal size less than DN40 should be packed and shipped. Valves with nominal size less than DN50 can be packed in bulk or in other ways, except as stipulated in the contract, provided that the parts are not damaged or lost during normal transportation.

3. Container shipment shall be used as far as possible for export.

4. Land transportation packing boxes should be placed in shelter cars which can prevent wind and rain. Rain-proof canvas should be used to cover them. If they are transported by sea, measures should be taken to avoid the corrosion of the inner and outer surfaces of the equipment by the salt fog of the marine environment.

5. Transportation packaging should be complete and neat. The inner cargo should be loaded evenly, neatly arranged, properly padded, fixed and positioned as far as possible in the middle and lower position.

6. If the sign outside the packing box has the lifting and handling position, it must be strictly enforced to prevent accidental damage.

7. The wooden boxes for loading and loading should be fixed to prevent damage to the integrity of the wooden boxes due to vibration during transportation.

8. During loading and unloading, attention should be paid to safety. Lifting equipment should not be used to lift heavy objects that exceed their rated loads.
