Classification

1. Pressure classification:

Vacuum valves - working pressure below standard atmospheric pressure.

(2) Low pressure valve - nominal pressure PN less than 1.6 MPa.

(3) Medium pressure valve - nominal pressure PN 2.5-6.4 MPa.

(4) High pressure valve - nominal pressure PN10.0-80.0 MPa.

High pressure valve - nominal pressure PN greater than 100 MPa.

2. According to material quality:

Cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel (201, 304, 316, etc.), chromium-molybdenum steel, chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, dual-phase steel, plastic, non-standard and other materials.

3. There are many kinds and specifications of valves used in fluid control systems, ranging from simple globe valves to very complex automatic control systems. It can be used to control the flow of various fluids, such as air, water, steam, corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media.

4. It is the control part of the fluid conveying system. It has the functions of cut-off, regulation, diversion, countercurrent prevention, stabilization, diversion or overflow pressure relief.
